Let's See What Comes

I've been thinking of starting up a blog on here for a while.

I have/had a Daily Account blog on my own site

Along with a "Think about It" section for deeper thoughts/essays

It was all made with my Apple Powerbook G4 laptop, until it was stolen one night out of my car. That was the beginning of a downward spiral. Recently my tires got slashed, and then 4 days later after buying new tires my car was miraculously chosen to be totaled in a high speed police chase in front of my mothers house.

Anyway, all that to say I'm waiting to get a new laptop (soon) and until then I just can't take not having a medium for the world to hear about my life, love, and ideas.

I don't know if anyone will read these, but I will most likely copy and paste them onto my own site when I recreate my website with the coming of a new laptop.

What else do I write here? About me? Umm... people usually like me I think, but they don't like my ideas, or at least they're skeptical of them.

There will be a lot of thoughts that come about from my exploration of life, religion, books, relationships, and the practical steps I take in my journey toward a new old way of living.

I like to think a lot. I like to wonder about uncomfortable issues. I think places I dare to go make some uneasy or fearful of me being swept away by a secular tide of post-modernism.

I do love God and I love Jesus. I will not deny that I am doing my best to not take Christian religious ideas as solid truth just because they were handed down to me. I am learning, researching, and discovering for myself what God desires and what the Bible means, as well as how they both fit with the world today and in other beliefs/religions.

I'm glad that talk is out of the way. Now let's get crackin'!
